Vitamin D3 2500 IU Extra Strength (Capsules)

Each capsule contains :

• Vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol) ... 62.5 mcg (2500 IU)

Organic sunflower oil and natural vitamin E (ᴅ-)alpha-tocopherol, from GMO-free sunflower), in a capsule made from glycerine, bovine gelatin and purified water.

Adults :Take 1 capsule daily or as directed by your health care practitioner. To be taken with adequate calcium intake.

Duration of use:Consult a health care practitioner for use beyond 6 months.

Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding; if you have kidney problems; if you are taking other vitamin D supplements, multivitamin supplements containing vitamin D, or products containing vitamin D analogues; if you are taking any prescription medication, including antacids, anticonvulsants, digoxin, cholestyramine, colestipol, mineral oil, steroids, statins or thiazide diuretics; and to determine whether you would benefit from a vitamin D supplement. A dose of 15-20 mcg (600-800 IU) of vitamin D per day is sufficient for most people.

Do not use in cases of hypercalcemia or hypercalciuria.

Discontinue use and consult a health care practitioner in case of weakness, fatigue, drowsiness, headache, lack of appetite, dry mouth, metallic taste, nausea, vomiting, dizziness, ringing in the ears, lack of coordination, or muscle weakness, which are early symptoms of hypercalcemia, or in case of other side effects.
