Chaste tree (Vitex agnus-castus) has been used for 2,500 years to alleviate irregularities in the menstrual cycle, including premenstrual syndrome and menopausal symptoms. Clinically, chaste tree extract has been shown to alleviate headaches, breast pain, bloating, sugar cravings, anxiety, irritability, mood disorders, stress, melancholy and mood swings, often after as little as a month's use.

Each capsule contains :
vitex (chaste tree) extract (Vitex agnus-castus) (fruit).................. 80 mg

Microcrystalline cellulose, vegetarian capsule (carbohydrate gum [cellulose], purified water), vegetable magnesium stearate (lubricant).
1 to 2 capsules per day, preferably on an empty stomach, or as recommended by a health care practitioner. Use for at least 3 months to see beneficial effects.
