Use

White Grapefruit essential oil is used in aromatherapy to help relieve stress and nervous tension, and to help relieve edema. Reduces the appearance of cellulite.

Dosage

Topical (Adults): Mix 1 to 4 drops in 1 teaspoon (5ml) of vegetable oil; apply to the affected area, 3 times a day.

Inhalation (Nervous system): Add 4 to 12 drops to a bowl of boiling water or diffuser. Inhale slowly and deeply for 5-10 minutes.

Avoid exposing treated areas to sunlight for 24 to 48 hours after application. Consult a health care practitioner if symptoms worsen or persist.
