A completely natural and very nutritious milk, as quick to make as it is delicious!
Ingredients
- 1 cup raw European almonds
- 4 cups of water
- 3 Medjool dates
- 1 tbsp. teaspoon vanilla essence

Steps
- 1. Soak almonds for 4 hours or overnight. Rinse and drain the almonds. Soak the pitted Medjool dates for 30 minutes in 1 cup of water (only if your processor is not efficient).
- 2. Stir almonds and water in a high-speed blender for about 1 minute.
- 3. Strain with a nut milk filter. Squeeze the bag of nut milk well to remove as much milk as possible. Pour the milk obtained into the blender.
- 4. Add the vanilla and dates and mix for a few seconds.
Milk will keep for a few days in the refrigerator.
