Ingredients
1 cup raw European almonds
4 cups water
3 Medjool date(s)
1 tsp. vanilla extract
Steps
1. Soak almonds for 4 hours or overnight. Rinse and drain almonds. Soak pitted Medjool dates for 30 minutes in 1 cup of water (only if your food processor is not efficient).
2. Shake almonds and water in high-speed blender for about 1 minute.
3. Filter through a nut milk filter. Squeeze out as much milk as possible from the nut milk bag. Pour milk into blender.
4. Add vanilla and dates and blend for a few seconds.
