Recipe: exotic cocktail with marshmallow skewers

Ingredients for 4 glasses:

• 180g passion fruit pulp
• 180g coconut milk
• 260g mango
• 20 teaspoons rum
• 4 strawberries
• 5/6 marshmallows

How the recipe works:

• Cut a third of the mango into small cubes for the skewer.
• Halve the strawberries and guinauves.
• Assemble the skewers, alternating fruit and candy.
• Set aside for later.

• Using a blender, blend the remaining mango, coconut milk, rum and passion fruit pulp.
• Blend finely.
• Place the skewers in a preheated oven for 3 to 4 minutes (optional).
• Serve your cocktail in a glass, with the skewer on top!
