Ingredients for 4 glasses:
- 180g passion fruit pulp
- 180g coconut milk
- 260g mango
- 20 teaspoons rum
- 4 strawberries
- 5/6 marshmallows
How the recipe works:
- Cut a third of the mango into small cubes for the skewer.
- Halve the strawberries and guinauves.
- Assemble the skewers, alternating fruit and candy.
- Set aside for later.
- Using a blender, blend the remaining mango, coconut milk, rum and passion fruit pulp.
- Blend finely.
- Place the skewers in a preheated oven for 3 to 4 minutes (optional).
- Serve your cocktail in a glass, with the skewer on top!
