With our Triple Chocolate Fudge Brownies, enjoy a gourmet dessert made with delicious ingredients and no refined sugar. Medjool dates and maple syrup are used for a rich-tasting, guilt-free snack.
Ingredients for Triple Chocolate Fudge Brownies
Base:
- 2 cups of cashews
- 2 cups of organic shredded coconut
- 10 Medjool dates, pitted
- 1 cup of organic cocoa powder
- ½ cup of organic maple syrup
- Pinch of sea salt
Topping :
- 1/2 cup of organic maple syrup
- 1/4 cupcoconut oil heated
- 1/2 cup of organic cocoa powder
- Pinch of sea salt
- ¼ cup cocoa beans for garnish
Instructions for Triple Chocolate Fudge Brownies
Base:
- Place the cashews in a food processor, and blend to reduce to small pieces.
- Add the shredded coconut and blend. Add the dates and blend, then add the cocoa powder and blend again to obtain a smooth paste. Finish by adding the maple syrup and salt, and continue mixing to obtain a creamy texture.
- Press the mixture into a 20x20 mould lined with parchment paper.
- Leave to firm up in the fridge while you prepare the filling.
Topping :
- In a food processor, combine maple syrup and coconut oil.
- Add cocoa powder and salt and blend again.
- Pour the filling over the base of your brownie and finish by adding the cocoa nibs on top.
- Leave to firm up in the freezer for 60 minutes. Keep in the freezer for 1 month.
