Recipe: stuffed tomatoes with pesto and arugula

Recette : tomates farcies au pesto et à la roquette - La Boite à Grains


  • 12 grape tomatoes (large enough to stuff);
  • 1 jar of Marcello pesto (Genoa or Genoa without nuts, without cheese);
  • Arugula or baby arugula;
  • Plain croutons;
  • Capers.


  1. Cut off the end of the tomato where the stem is, so that it can be emptied;
  2. Empty the tomato with a small spoon;
  3. Prepare a stuffing mixture, to taste, containing arugula, croutons, capers and pesto;
  4. Stuff tomatoes;
  5. Serve!
