Recipe: stuffed tomatoes with pesto and arugula

Ingredients:
- 12 grape tomatoes (large enough to stuff);
- 1 jar of Marcello pesto (Genoa or Genoa without nuts, without cheese);
- Arugula or baby arugula;
- Plain croutons;
- Capers.
Recipe:
- Cut off the end of the tomato where the stem is, so that it can be emptied;
- Empty the tomato with a small spoon;
- Prepare a stuffing mixture, to taste, containing arugula, croutons, capers and pesto;
- Stuff tomatoes;
- Serve!
