The liver: its role

Le foie : son rôle - La Boite à Grains

I perform essential functions.
I metabolize carbohydrates, lipids and proteins.
I metabolize toxic substances.

VITAMIN C and VITAMIN E are powerful antioxidants that work together to protect my cells.

Milk thistle, dandelion and B vitamins speed up the evacuation of bile and toxins.

The answer: the liver!

Cleansing your liver is just one more ingredient in your health diary! Unbeknownst to us, heavy metals (aluminum, mercury) have taken up residence in our liver!

For some years now, aluminum has been in the spotlight. Studies have established a link between exposure to aluminum and depressive disorders.

Vitality suggestions

Ban aluminum from your kitchen. Avoid antiperspirants containing aluminum.

Mercury, dental amalgams and certain fish are also dangerous.

«Vitalize your moods to keep your sense of humor»

Foods containing the B complex in harmony with omega 3; the union of these foods results in mood stability.

B-complex vitamins are found in legumes, sesame seeds (grind them to assimilate them properly), brewer's yeast, avocado, asparagus, salmon, watermelon, bananas, potatoes, seafood, spirulina, eggs and cheeses.

Gradually incorporate small changes into your diet and you'll increase your vitality in your daily life.
