Ingredients

  • 8 radishes (red or pink)
  • 1 turnip
  • 1 sweet apple
  • 1 kiwi
  • 2 tsp sesame seeds
  • 2 tsp. sunflower seeds

Sauce

  • 2 tsp. wholemeal almond purée
  • 2 tsp. apple juice
  • 1 tsp. lemon juice

 

Preparation

1. Rinse fruits and vegetables and peel kiwi.

2. Cut radish, turnip, apple and kiwi into strips, thin slices and small cubes.

3. Prepare the sauce by mixing the almond purée with the apple and lemon juices.

4. Arrange fruit and vegetables attractively on a serving dish, sprinkle with seeds and cover with sauce.

Service
