Ingredients
- 6 peeled apples, sliced
- 2/3 cup (170 ml) maple syrup
- 3/4 cup (190 ml) flour
- 3/4 cup (190 ml) oatmeal
- 1/2 cup (125 ml) brown sugar
- Salt
- 1/2 cup (125 ml) butter
Preparation
- Arrange the apples in an 8-inch (20 cm) square baking dish.
- Pour the maple syrup over the apples.
- Mix flour, oatmeal, brown sugar, salt and butter until mixture has the consistency of breadcrumbs.
- Sprinkle the apples with this mixture.
- Bake for 35 minutes at 375°F (190°C). Do not cover.
