Dear customers,
Following all the recent developments surrounding the coronavirus (COVID-19), we wanted to share this update with you. While we provide an essential food service, it has never been more important to La Boite à Grains to ensure the safety and well-being of our customers, employees and community. And in these uncertain times, we want to provide you with some certainty.
Since the start of the pandemic, in order to further reduce the risk of transmission, we have increased the frequency of in-store surface cleaning. We provide disinfectant to our customers at the entrance to our stores, and to our employees..
We do everything in our power to ensure that people stay healthy throughout our company, and any employee who has reason to believe he or she could pose a risk stays at home.
Wearing a mask
As of May 14, 2022, it is no longer mandatory to wear a mask in all enclosed public places in Quebec. This government regulation applies to the four branches of La Boite à Grains.
Wearing a mask and physical distancing remain recommended practices.
For your information, disposable masks may be made available to customers. It should also be noted that locally manufactured reusable masks (for adults and children) are on sale in our stores.
At your service
Our team works extremely hard to keep our shelves stocked, despite ever-increasing demand. Some products are indeed out of stock, but we work with our suppliers and partners to find replacement solutions for these products and ensure that you find everything you need. If you feel that you are potentially at risk, please do not go out and allow us to continue providing essential services. You can order non-perishable or refrigerated products online to reduce the risk of spread. Looking for ways to boost your immune system? Consult our naturopath's recommendations.
We would like to thank all our employees for their hard work and diligence, especially in recent months. We are grateful for their incredible efforts and know that they will continue to provide the best of services in a safe manner.
To our customers, thank you for your continued support. La Boite à Grains continues to stand together and support our community as we have done for over 40 years now. If you have any concerns or questions, we invite you to write to us at info@laboiteagrains.com.
Sincerely
Alexandre Savard
