Products ordered online

La Boite à Grains does not deliver refrigerated, frozen, fresh or short-life products at this time, as delivery is via Canada Post. For this reason, many products are displayed in-store only. La Boite à Grains is actively working to improve its delivery offers. Visit the FAQ for more details.

Product information

All product information from La Boite à Grains product information is provided by the manufacturer or distributor. If you find an error or incorrect information, please let us know and we will follow up shortly. The information provided in the product descriptions does not replace the advice of a health care practitioner. 

*** We make every effort to ensure that the information on the products we sell is accurate. However, because products change regularly (ingredients, nutritional values, packaging, visuals, descriptions, warnings and dosages), we recommend that you always read the label before using or consuming a product. Texts and images

In all cases, the text in the product title and/or description takes precedence over images. The appearance of products in images may differ from the actual packaging.

Product availability

All products displayed on our website, excluding those defined as available in store only, are available for purchase. In the event that one of the products ordered is out of stock at the time of your transaction, we will initially contact you by email to offer you either a replacement option, a refund or to wait for the product to be returned to stock. If we do not receive a response, we will contact you again. If we have not received a response within 10 days of our initial email, we will proceed with a refund of the out-of-stock product(s). If you wish, we can ship part of your order and when the products are back in stock, we will ship them to you. at your expense. Product availability may vary by store, and our product offering is subject to change without notice.

Expiry date

Expiration dates may vary from product to product. Many of our products are preservative-free. If the expiry date is unreasonably short (at our discretion), we will send you a replacement product or refund your money. Proof of purchase may be required.

Products

All products sold on our website are available (unless out of stock) in our stores.

We have made every effort to display the products as faithfully as possible. However, we can only guarantee that the colors will appear on your computer screen. However, the name, brand, format and description may help you in your choice.

Prices

The prices displayed on our online boutique (website) are generally the same as those in our stores, and are expressed in Canadian dollars. Many offers are exclusive to the online boutique and are not applicable in store. Conversely, many offers are exclusive to our stores and are not available online. La Boite à Grains reserves the right to cancel any order, or to refund any product displayed at the wrong price due to a system error.

Payment for online orders

We accept Visa and Mastercard credit cards, Visa and Interac debit cards for payment of online orders.

You can also make your purchase using PayPal. You do not need a PayPal account to use the Paypal payment option.

Suspected fraud

When processing online orders, in case of doubt regarding a transaction,La Boite à Grains will contact the customer to obtain further information and eliminate any suspicion of fraud.

IfLa Boite à Grains is unable to contact the customer within 90 days, the order in question will be archived.

Limit

La Boite à Grains may limit the number of items in a transaction and reserves the right to cancel an order for any reason.
