Annie's Homegrown Gluten-Free White Cheddar Rice Pasta Macaroni and Cheese is a macaroni and cheese white cheddar macaroni and cheese, but without the gluten. This macaroni and cheese contains only real cheese and is free of artificial flavors, synthetic colors or preservatives. Rice pasta (white rice flour, brown rice flour), dehydrated cheddar cheese (pasteurized milk, bacterial culture, salt, non-animal microbial enzymes), whey, butter, skimmed milk, salt, sodium phosphate, silicon dioxide (anti-caking agent).
Contains milk ingredients.
Bring to a boil: 6 cups (1.5 L) of water in a medium saucepan.
Stir in: pasta and bring to a boil. Cook for 8 to 10 minutes, or until pasta is cooked, stirring occasionally.

Add: 3 tbsp (45 ml) partly skimmed milk to a hot saucepan (OPTIONAL: add 2 tbsp (30 ml) unsalted butter for a richer taste).
Sprinkle: cheese over milk; stir to blend.
Return: pasta to saucepan and mix well.
For a richer taste, add 2 tbsp (30 ml) unsalted butter. For a creamier, tangier taste, replace milk with 1/2 cup (125 ml) low-fat plain yogurt.
