Ingredients
100% organic reishi fruiting body (Ganoderma lucidum).
Advice
Keep in a cool, dry place, out of reach of children.
Dosage
Adults : Add 3 g reishi (approx. 12 cm slice) to ½ liter water. Simmer for 10 to 20 minutes to make a tonic, or for several hours to make a concentrate. The temperature should be between 50 and 70°C; never bring to the boil. Serve hot or cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for up to 14 days. To avoid digestive problems, take with food or a meal.
