Respir First

Each tablespoon (15 ml) contains :

• 500 mg marshmallow root (Althaea officinalis)
• 400 mg nettle heads (Urtica dioica)
• 100 mg ginger root (Zingiber officinale)
• 100 mg astragalus root (Astragalus membranaceus)
• 100 mg thyme leaf (Thymus vulgaris)
• 100 mg lime blossom (Tilia x europaea)
• 100 mg fenugreek seed (Trigonelia foenum-graecum)

Purified water, vegetable glycerin, honey, eucalyptus flavor, citric acid, cinnamon bark, clove, sodium benzoate and potassium sorbate.

Adults (19 years and over): Take 1 tablespoon (15 ml) three times a day. Take a few hours before or after other medications or natural health products. Keep refrigerated once opened. Shake well before use. 

Known adverse reactions: Hypersensitivity and/or allergy may occur, in which case discontinue use. Consult a health care practitioner if symptoms persist or worsen, or if you have an immune disorder or diabetes. Do not use if you are pregnant or breast-feeding.

Keep out of reach of children. Do not use if safety seal is broken.
