Description

Health First's Respir First can be used to relieve bronchitis, coughs, colds and seasonal allergic symptoms, and as an expectorant.

Traditionally used in herbal medicine 1) as an expectorant and cough suppressant to help relieve bronchitis, coughs and colds; 2) to help relieve seasonal allergic symptoms; and 3) as an emollient to soothe irritation of the oral and pharyngeal mucosa associated with dry coughs.

Free from artificial flavours and colors, corn, gluten, wheat, lactose, dairy, soy, yeast and GMOs.

Medicinal ingredients

Each tablespoon (15 ml) contains :

  • 500 mg marshmallow root (Althaea officinalis)
  • 400 mg nettle heads (Urtica dioica)
  • 100 mg ginger root (Zingiber officinale)
  • 100 mg astragalus root (Astragalus membranaceus)
  • 100 mg thyme leaf (Thymus vulgaris)
  • 100 mg lime blossom (Tilia x europaea)
  • 100 mg fenugreek seed (Trigonelia foenum-graecum)
