Home Breakfasts and Brunch Recipe: Fruit French toast casserole Recipe: Fruit French toast casserole by La Boite à Grains 05 Jun 2024 Ingredients Organic virgin coconut oil 1 loaf sliced bread (depending on slice size, 10 to 14 slices - see step 3) 2 cups milk (or non-dairy beverage such as almond, soy or coconut) 5 organic eggs 1 ripe organic banana ½ cup organic maple syrup 1 tsp. vanilla extract 1 tsp ground cinnamon 3 cups frozen fruit (your choice) Preparation and steps Preheat oven to 350 oF Grease a 9 x 13 mould with coconut oil Spread the bread slices in your mold Spread fruit evenly over bread In a blender, blend milk, eggs, banana, syrup, vanilla and cinnamon until smooth.
