Recipe: fresh cheese cigars with chives and lemon

Ingredients
- 1 package of filo pastry
- 1 bunch of chives
- 150 g cream cheese spread
- 2 tablespoons of soy cream (or fresh cream)
- 1 lemon
- olive oil
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 210°C.
Cut the filo pastry into rectangles. Overlap 5 or 6 sheets, brushing each with olive oil using a kitchen brush. Repeat the operation for each cigar.
Chop the chives and mix with the cheese spread and soy cream. Spread this mixture lengthwise on each filo pastry packet. Gently roll up.
Place in the oven for 5 minutes.
Sprinkle with lemon juice.
