Top 5 anti-inflammatory foods: our recommendations

- The turmeric Turmeric: a source of curcumin, it is a powerful anti-inflammatory. You can add it to your favorite recipes or consume it as a dietary supplement. as a supplement.

- Ginger: grated, raw or pickled, ginger is a natural anti-inflammatory that can easily be incorporated into your diet.

- Cabbage: 2 or 3 times a week, it's a good idea to eat broccoli, cauliflower or Brussels sprouts.

- Red berries are excellent sources of antioxidants.

- Omega-3s, found in oily fish such as sardines, salmon and mackerel, are also available. in supplement form.
