GRILLED CHEESE SANDWICHES ON NAAN BREAD

Ingredients

• 4 naan breads
• a cup of grated cheddar
• 1/3 cup garden pesto Le Grand
• ½ cup coarsely chopped fresh coriander
• a small amount of butter or olive oil
• Brush over the inside of each naan bread with pesto.

Procedure

• Top one naan with grated cheddar and fresh coriander. Cover with second naan bread.
• Butter the top of each naan.
• In a grill pan or panini oven, toast sandwiches on both sides until cheese is melted and bread is crisp.
