Ingredients
- 4 naan breads
- a cup of grated cheddar
- 1/3 cup garden pesto Le Grand
- ½ cup coarsely chopped fresh coriander
- a small amount of butter or olive oil
- Brush over the inside of each naan bread with pesto.
Procedure
- Top one naan with grated cheddar and fresh coriander. Cover with second naan bread.
- Butter the top of each naan.
- In a grill pan or panini oven, toast sandwiches on both sides until cheese is melted and bread is crisp.
