Recipe: glazed tofu

A small frozen vegetarian dessert
Ingredients:
- 500 g silken tofu or soft tofu,
- 8 large tablespoons of honey,
- 4 dried apricots,
- 1 cup of whole almonds,
- 1 cup of pistachios,
- 1 cup raisins and candied fruit
- 2 sachets of 2 g of agar - agar powder,
- 4 glasses of rice or soy milk.
Preparation:
Toast the almonds on a baking sheet under the oven rack for a few minutes.
In the bowl of a food processor, blend the silken tofu and honey until smooth, add the almonds so that they are coarsely ground, add the apricots in pieces and the pistachios.
Heat and simmer the vegetable milk with the agar-agar for a few minutes (while stirring). Pour it into the bowl of a food processor, blend quickly, add the raisins and the small pieces of candied fruit, stir and pour immediately into a bowl lined with plastic wrap.
Place in freezer overnight. Unmould, cut the iced nougat into slices
