This green smoothie is sustaining, energizing and detoxifying. Spinach and chia seeds provide the fiber needed for digestion and detoxification. Pineapple provides bromelain, an enzyme that accelerates digestion and fights inflammation.

Ingredients
½ pineapple, peeled and coarsely chopped
1 generous handful spinach
½ cucumber, coarsely chopped
Juice of one freshly squeezed orange
1 tablespoon chia seeds
2 cupsmaple water (or filtered water)
1 scoop of Genuine Health organic fermented superfoods for the gut
Approach
- Go to all ingredients in a mixer and grindat high power, for 30 seconds or until smooth.
- If necessary, add a drop of honey or stevia extract for extra sweetness.
- Divide the smoothie into 6 equal portions and freeze.
- Defrost the day before for a quick, refreshing and energizing morning snack!
