Servings : 2 probiotic "keto" smoothies
Culinary tools: High-power blender and mixer
Probiotic "keto" smoothie ingredients
1 cup of unsweetened hemp drink (milk) or unsweetened almond drink or unsweetened coconut drink.
1 cup of 35% whipping cream
1 cup fresh raspberries or frozen
½ teaspoonvanilla extract
15 drops ofstevia liquid extract or 3 tsp.sweetener with classic monk fruit
2 capsules of light Bio-K+ probiotics with 12.5 billion bacteria
Toppings
½ cup of 35% whipping cream
5 drops ofstevia liquid extract or 1 tsp.sweetener with classic monk fruit
2 teaspoons shelled hemp hearts
2 teaspoons shredded coconut
A few raspberries
Approach
- Place in stainless steel bowl in freezer.
- Place all the smoothie ingredients, including the Bio-K+ probiotic capsulesWith the exception of whipping cream and stevia (or monk fruit sweetener), ahigh-power blender.
- Activate the blender for about ten seconds, until smooth.
- Pour smoothie into two medium-sized glasses. Set aside.
- Remove bowl from freezer. Pour in 35% whipping cream and the drops ofstevia liquid extract (or sweetener with monk fruit). Turn the mixer on low, then gradually increase the speed of the whisk while rotating the bowl with your free hand. The whole thing will be ready in less than two minutes, once the cream has been whipped.
- Divide the whipped cream between the two smoothie glasses. Garnish with hemp hearts, shredded coconut and a few raspberries.
