1 cup unsweetened plant milk

1 cup filtered water

1 ripe banana

1 avocado

1 large handful spinach

1 teaspoon Nia Pure organic moringa powder

1 tablespoon whole or ground flax seeds

1 pinch ground cardamom

4 ice cubes

Healthy recipe: Super green moringa smoothie


  1. Place all ingredients in blender and blend at high speed for 30 seconds or until smooth.
  2. Divide smoothie into 2 to 3 equal portions.
  3. Enjoy this super green moringa smoothie and refrigerate leftovers for up to 24 hours.

Tip from the naturopath

Freeze extra portions in ice-cream molds. Remove a few cubes about 15 minutes before you want to drink the smoothie. Blend quickly and enjoy.
