Ingredients
1 cup unsweetened plant milk
1 cup filtered water
1 ripe banana
1 avocado
1 large handful spinach
1 teaspoon Nia Pure organic moringa powder
1 tablespoon whole or ground flax seeds
1 pinch ground cardamom
4 ice cubes
Process
- Place all ingredients in blender and blend at high speed for 30 seconds or until smooth.
- Divide smoothie into 2 to 3 equal portions.
- Enjoy this super green moringa smoothie and refrigerate leftovers for up to 24 hours.
Tip from the naturopath
Freeze extra portions in ice-cream molds. Remove a few cubes about 15 minutes before you want to drink the smoothie. Blend quickly and enjoy.
