So here's a tangerine and spice smoothie recipe that'll give you your fill of vitamin C and essential nutrients thanks to Vega's Protein & Greens.
Ingredients
- 1 serving Vega Protein & Greens with vanilla
- 3 small (or 2 medium) mandarins, peeled
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 tsp dried ginger, ground
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 4-5 ice cubes
Preparation
- Place all ingredients except ice cubes in blender and blend until smooth.
- Add a few ice cubes and continue to blend, adding more ice cubes according to the desired texture.
- Pour into a tall glass and serve garnished with cinnamon.
