The leaves are changing color, the mornings are getting chillier and the equinox heralded the start of autumn a few days ago.

In autumn, we want to eat comfort foods that remind us of this time of year, with a taste of cinnamon and spices.

Here are 10 healthy foods that invite autumn onto our plates.

1- Pumpkin seeds
