Tell us about your favorites...

First of all there is Stress less from Living Alchemy. This natural supplement helps me in my sleep management. I noticed that with age, I sometimes often wake up at night and have a disturbed sleep. Stress less combines several adaptogenic plants and this allows me to be more Zen. I see a clear improvement, I sleep better and more deeply.

My second favorite is Your flora regenesis, still from the Living Alchemy company. It is a probiotic formula that helps to balance digestion, having fewer bloating and more regular stools. I have seen a great improvement since I started taking it. This helps to have a balanced intestinal flora.

You have another favorite, the fragrant Gaulthery… Can you tell us a few words?

Yes, it is an essential oil offered by Divine Essence Who is anti-inflammatory, we use it all the time with us. For sores, back pain, other pains, it is an effective remedy. What is interesting with essential oils is that we can mix them to enjoy each of their properties. For example, fragrant Gaulthery can be combined with clove and lavender essential oil.

Is there also skin for skin lovers?

Yes, I appreciate the whole range of New Roots Herbal oils, but more particularly Skin lovers' oil, which is a very interesting mixture of six exotic oils (goji, musk pink, buckshot, argan, cranberry seeds and tamanu). The skin is soft and hydrated, I integrated it into my routine, especially in winter.

Let's talk about healthy food. What does that represent for you?

To favor as much as possible everything that is natural and biological, by avoiding processed products. When I can, I cook with the ingredients of my garden, I grow kale, tomatoes, cucumbers, beets, celery, fresh herbs, I had 200 cloves of garlic this year this year .

With us, we prepare a lot of smoothies with vegetables, and if not even if I like it, I try to pay attention to my sugar consumption.

Do you have other health habits to share?

I do a lot of hikes, we are always very active with us with projects around the house. I also do meditation almost every day, it helps me stay "tied".
