It's a pleasure for us to give our employees the opportunity to share their favorite stories with you. Now it's the turn of Lynn, naturopath at our Gréber store, who you can listen to every week on 104.7FM in her column "Feed your well-being" to reveal the products she discovered here and which are now part of her daily routine.

Bright, full of life and projects, Lynn started a second career as a naturopath at the dawn of her fiftieth year. It's a change of direction born of passion and awareness, following several health problems in her family and friends. She works at La Boite à Grains since 2016: "La Boite à Grains is my family, it's become my second home. It's a good feeling to know that everything here is thought out with well-being in mind."

Interview with Lynn

Your first favorite, MCT oil.

Yes, MCT oil from New Roots Herbal Every morning I add a tablespoon to my smoothie or oatmeal. It's great for energy, allows you to eat good fats, is tasteless and mixes easily. MCT oil is excellent for brain health and boosting energy levels.

Then Clef des Champs chamomile tea.

It's a classic, but so effective for evening relaxation and preparation for a good night's sleep. I really appreciate the Clef des Champs herbal tea, which is of the highest quality, with certified organic plants.

Can you tell us more about Live's chipotle wraps?

It's such an interesting product that deserves to be better known. For me, it's fun to select my ingredients, to know 100% what I'm eating and to guarantee a healthy, nutritious meal.

Finally, the juniper berry sauerkraut from Tout Cru!

It's so simple sauerkraut = probiotics! We should all eat it more often, because it's great for digestion.

Do you have any other healthy habits to share?

I'm very active, like taking a walk every evening or going to the gym. I also practice meditation on a regular basis.
