Directions for use
Sleep Great from Healhtology
Adults: Take one or two capsules with water once a day before or at bedtime as required.
For jet lag: Take one or two capsules once a day at bedtime during travel and once at destination until the body has adapted to the new time zone or daily schedule.
Stress FX from Healhtology
Adults: Take one capsule with water in the morning upon awakening, and one capsule with water in the evening at suppertime. Avoid taking at bedtime.
