These sublime garlic and Parmesan croutons are naturally vegan and gluten-free.
Ingredients
- 1 cup rice cake crumbs
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 pressed garlic clove
- 1 tablespoon nutritional yeast (nutritional yeast)
- Sea salt
Guidelines
- Preheat oven to 400F
- Mix ingredients together
- Spread on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper
- Bake for 5 minutes
- Leave to cool
