This perfect smoothie breakfast filled with berries is a balanced meal that's easy to prepare the day before, easy to drink (or eat!) and easy to transport. You'll be the envy of everyone with this perfect smoothie. breakfast decadent smoothie that incorporates wholesome, nutritious ingredients.

Servings : 2 servings of 350 ml

Ingredients

Start

  1. Mix yogurt, chia seeds and maple syrup in a bowl. Allow to settle.
  2. Using a high-powered blender, blend the remaining ingredients, reserving a few berries for garnish. Blend for 30 to 60 seconds, until the berries have thawed and the oats are well blended.
  3. Divide the yogurt mixture between two medium-sized glasses.
  4. Gently pour the berry smoothie over the chia yogurt.
  5. Garnish with a few frozen or fresh berries.
  6. Drink through a straw or eat with a spoon.
  7. Keeps for 48 hours in the fridge.
