Our frozen fudge recipe is healthy, vegan and so easy to make that you'll want to make it more than once!
You are four ingredients away from preparing delicious and oh-so-creamy frozen fudges that are sure to please little sweet tooths.
Preparation: 5 minutes
Freezing: 4 hours
Servings: 6 frozen fudges
Culinary tools: food processor
Ingredients for healthy homemade frozen fudges
- 2 ripe bananas
- ¾ cup of organic coconut milk
- ¼ cup of Camino cocoa powder
- 1 measure of Vega protein powder (Proteins & Greens) in Chocolate
Approach for Homemade and healthy frozen fudges
- In a food processor, place all the ingredients, including the peeled bananas.
- Turn on the processor and grind until you obtain a smooth and homogeneous texture.
- Pour the chocolate mixture into 6 popsicle molds.
- Freeze for a minimum of 4 hours.
