Procedure for Calming hot chocolate with ashwagandha
1. In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine all ingredients except ashwagandha.Ashwagandha Supreme Health First.
2. Heat gently, whisking constantly, until hot.
Once hot, remove from heat and pour into a high-powered blender.
Add contents of opened capsules Ashwagandha Supreme from Health First in the blender.
3. Discard capsules.
4. Blend on high until combined.
5. Pour into your favorite mug and enjoy!
