A completely natural, highly nutritious milk that's as quick to make as it is delicious!
Ingredients
- 1 cup raw European almonds
- 4 cups water
- 3 Medjool date(s)
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract

Steps
- 1. Soak almonds for 4 hours or overnight. Rinse and drain almonds. Soak pitted Medjool dates for 30 minutes in 1 cup of water (only if your food processor is not efficient).
- 2. Shake almonds and water in high-speed blender for about 1 minute.
- 3. Filter through a nut milk filter. Squeeze out as much milk as possible from the nut milk bag. Pour milk into blender.
- 4. Add vanilla and dates and blend for a few seconds.
The milk will keep for a few days in the fridge.
