- Eliminate sugars and promote breakfasts to get the day off to a good start

- Reduce consumption of caffeine and energy drinks

- Say no to "comfort food" and opt for a snack with fruit, nuts or cheese

- Consume complete carbohydrates: for example, choose sprouted multigrain bread instead of white bread

- Take probiotics
