Ingredients

Smoothie

*the oat-flax drink and vanilla essence can be replaced by 2 cups of unsweetened vanilla-flavored vegetable drink.

Topping

Start

  • For the smoothie, blend the vegetable drink, vanilla, fruit, chia and spices in a blender. Blend for 1 minute or until smooth.
  • Divide smoothie between two bowls. Garnish with granola, nuts and berries.
