Berry and Superfood Smoothie Bowl

* Genuine Health advises new Greens+ users to start with 1/3 scoop a day and gradually increase the portion to one full scoop a day over a three-week period.

Toppings (optional but highly recommended!) :

  • In a blender, combine all smoothie ingredients, taking care to include both liquid (filtered water) and soft (black beans, almond butter and Greens+ powderpowder) first.
  • Blend until smooth, thick and creamy. Add a little more water if necessary. 
  • Pour mixture into 2 medium bowls. 
  • Using a mortar and pestle or coffee grinder, grind the flax seeds
  • Decorate bowls with coconutseeds and fresh berries. Let your creativity inspire you! 

Tips and tricks

  • You can easily substitute black beans with kidney beans or the legumes of your choice. 
  • Replace almond butter with the natural, organic nut butter of your choice. Try WowButter soy bean butter soybean butter for a breakfast nut-free.
