Vanilla eggnog with probiotics

To Prepare: 5 minutes

Servings: 1,25 L vanilla eggnog with probiotics
Refrigeration: 4 hours
Culinary Tools: Vitamix or other high-powered blender*

  1. Place the eggs, cane sugar and rum in the Vitamix liquid container. Turn to maximum power and cook for 4 minutes.
  2. Add milk, spices and vanilla essence. Blend at high power for 2 to 3 minutes.
  3. Refrigerate eggnog.
