Why Routine Superstar deodorant?
I was very pleasantly surprised by this product when I decided to try it. It's a very small container, but it's enough for three or four months! It's very effective, you just need to apply a small amount, once a day or even once every two days, and that's it.
Do you have any tips to share?
I'd say to trust the product, and apply it only when you need it. And also to be careful to store it in a cool, dry place, because otherwise the paste can become runny.
Let's talk about healthy eating. What does it mean to you?
I went through a period in my life when I was totally obsessed with analyzing ingredients and nutritional values. I always wanted to make sure at every meal that I had the right amount of protein, and so on.
Over the last few years, I've decided to let go and take things a bit more lightly. It really helps that I work here and eat mainly things that I find in the shops. La Boite à GrainsI know I'm eating natural, organic and unprocessed products.
Do you have any healthy habits to share?
I'd say Qi Gong, meditation and reading. It really helps me to balance my daily life and stay on the right path. There's also music, which keeps me pretty busy. I combine guitar and singing, which is one of my great passions!
