For some people, weeks of confinement are a way of lightening their daily routine, while for others, confinement leads to burnout due to task overload.

For my part, I felt the need to look for a natural and effective solution to the burnout caused by confinement. I chose Greens Extra Energy. Firstly, because it provides mental and physical energy, but also because Greens Extra Energy offers significant immune support.  

Here are my impressions of Greens Extra Energy.

Greens Extra Energy: 1era day

I mixed 1/3 dose of Greens Extra Energy natural orange flavour in a tall glass of water to remedy mid-day fatigue. As indicated by Genuine Health, first-time users should introduce the product gradually to get the body used to it over the first few weeks.

Although the effect was subtle, I felt a greater sense of concentration. The day went by in good spirits, not out of breath.

Greens Extra Energy: 15th day

For the past few days, I've been taking the Greens Extra Energy cappuccino flavour in a morning smoothie that includes unsweetened oat milk, frozen mango, hemp hearts, chia seeds, dates, almond butter and cocoa powder. The result is a real velvety delight.

I feel my energy levels are more stable and sustainable throughout the day. Afternoon fatigue is now a thing of the past, and I sail through the day feeling vitalized. This translates into a good mood and a considerable reduction in fatigue and exhaustion. The stress of multi-tasking has given way to greater proactivity and discernment. As a result, I'm able to tackle everyday tasks with a positive attitude.
