Nadie's favorite

Health advisor at our Aylmer branch, Nadie joined the store 6 years ago, under the former management of Sol Épicerie Santé. Passionate about nature, medicinal plants and ecology, her energy and good mood are contagious. Today, she presents us her favorite product, a combination of two products: EstroSense and the Bourse à pasteur tincture.

Why EstroSense and Bourse à pasteur?

They saved my life! In addition to being celiac, I was suffering from severe anemia and heavy menstruation. I had iron prescriptions but my body was not assimilating it well... Taking the Shepherd's Purse tincture and EstroSense together helped solve my health problems at the source.

Can you tell us more about the characteristics of these products?

Shepherd's Purse is an astringent to be taken during menstruation. This tincture has helped me reduce heavy bleeding by at least two-thirds.

EstroSense, on the other hand, is a formula based on plant extracts that helps maintain hormonal balance, remove any harmful estrogen and also detoxify the liver.

What advice would you give to people who are interested in these two products?

For EstroSense, you can start with 1 or 2 capsules per day and then gradually increase the dosage. Concerning the Bourse à pasteur tincture, always take it with a glass of water, and keep it in your mouth for one minute before swallowing.

Let's talk about diet. Do you have a favorite meal of the day?

Breakfast, definitely! A little olive oil, some pumpkin or sunflower seeds, lots of fresh fruits, vegetables and herbs from the garden that I have on hand, like tomatoes, chives... I crack my eggs on top and it starts my day perfectly!

What is a healthy diet for you?

Fresh, unprocessed food, ideally local and organic. I buy mainly in bulk, I drink a lot of herbal teas, I eat plants, seeds, nuts, fruits and vegetables, in short everything that is natural!

And I always try not to waste anything, to reuse all the leftovers, it's a watchword for me.

Tell us about your healthy habits. Do you have any to share?

Doing things that you love, and doing everything to avoid stress! I ride my bike as much as possible, I do yoga, I enjoy nature...

And I spend time with my friends. Lately, it's a ritual: one friend at a time and for several hours, over a cappuccino! These are great moments, and they feel good!
