Boules protéinées sans cuisson à saveur de pâte à biscuit - La Boite à Grains

no-bake | nut-free | gluten-free

Who'd have thought cookie dough could be a healthy, sustaining snack? We've taken up the challenge and created an allergen-free cookie dough that makes delicious protein bites. This recipe is infused with the vanilla and chocolate flavors of cookie dough.

These no-bake protein balls can be prepared in no time at all. Protein Balls are the perfect sweet treat for an afternoon snack, a surprise in the lunchbox or a late-night craving.

Preparation : 10 minutes

Chilling time : 1 hour

Servings : 15 protein balls

Ingredients

¼ cup gluten-free oat flour *

½ cup of sunflower butter

½ cup of Genuine Health vanilla-flavoured vegetable protein powder

3 tablespoons honey (replace with agave syrup for vegan option)

½ cup of dark chocolate chips

*Oat flour is obtained by pulverizing whole rolled oats in a high-powered blender for a few seconds

Procedure

  1. Place all the ingredients except the chocolate chips in a medium-sized bowl.
  2. Knead until the dough is sticky and smooth. If the mixture is too grainy, add a tablespoon of plant milk to make the dough slightly stickier.
  3. Add the dark chocolate chips and knead again, until the chocolate is evenly distributed throughout the dough.
  4. To shape the balls: place a tablespoon of mixture in the palm of your hands. Knead the dough into round balls.
  5. Place the balls on parchment paper and refrigerate for at least an hour.
  6. The balls will keep for 5 days in the fridge.
