Halloween is a much-anticipated holiday for many children! Many are counting down the days until the big day, when they can dress up and parade through the streets in search of candy.

However, many families are asking themselves the question: is it possible to reinvent Halloween and take a healthier turn?

1- For a healthier Halloween: Cooking as a family
